Excellent service, especially from Daniela at reception and Abigail at the restaurant. The furniture is a bit old.

I loved the room, but initially we were assigned a small, cold space that didn’t meet our needs; later we were upgraded to a larger, better insulated room, which made us much more comfortable and I appreciated that move. The breakfast was great, and the massages were enjoyable though a bit pricey; the sweet croissant they serve is amazing. Service was excellent, staying in touch via WhatsApp and always ready to help with any requests. However, the place felt somewhat unfinished—I wish we could have experienced the full spa service when we got our massages. There’s a hot tub but it was empty and unused, and a temazcal was out of order; it would have been great to have the complete experience. Also, there’s no heater or ventilation in the rooms, so it can get either really cold or really hot. The restaurant offers other items beyond the included breakfast, but they were always sold out.

The place is basic and the food doesn't taste good, but the pillows, bed, bathroom and lighting are all problematic.

Me gustó el desayuno, las áreas exteriores y el agua de la regadera sale muy bien. No me gustó el cuarto. Las cortinas son tan viejas que no se pueden subir. Es muy oscuro. Todo es muy viejo incluso las toallas y sábanas
