I don’t understand why I paid in the app and then had to pay again at the counter for tax; it’s confusing.

The staffs there very friendly and the aircon is super cool over there. 1. Toilet- extremely disgusting and I don’t feel like showering also. The toilet bowl was dirty and the a little smelly 2. The room has no mirror but has a huge tv which is unnecessary. 3. We asked for city view or a room with window. Yes they gave us a window in the room but when we look outside there was so many aircon compressors which we can’t see the view anymore, it was blocking the view. 4. There were no coffee mix or fridge provided like it is a basic need for a hotel room although it’s a budget room. 5. The room was not clean and tidy
