Boa localização, tudo novo, funcionários em geral bons. Ficou mais de 1h sem poder tomar banho no sábado a noite por problema de aquecimento da caldeira. Uma vergonha! Além disso, falaram várias vezes que estavam arrumando, davam prazos que não foram cumpridos e além disso só respondiam quando eu ia adoras. Não davam retorno se eu não cobrasse. Falta de consideração e respeito
