The hotel is new and good, and the sea is across the road, but the location is problematic. Because the season is ending, it was hard to get to the hotel as it is isolated from the city of Noto; there are only two working restaurants in all of Noto De Lido.

Breakfast was good, but it ran out halfway through and then ended. Otherwise the service with coffee and such was fine. The hotel’s location was very close to the beach. We were upgraded and got a sea view. The stand and water were absolutely amazing! They charged us for renting a beach towel, we had to ask if that was an option. They did lend us a parasol that was available. The village itself was tiny, just one street. The bed was rock‑hard and the pillows were huge.

The restaurants around were all closed from 15 September onward, and the hotel offered no dining options.

Good location, just one street from the beach. Large rooms with plenty of storage, even in the bathroom. Helpful staff and a private parking space. The restaurant was not operating, the air‑conditioning didn’t work well, and a repair attempt by the friendly staff was unsuccessful. Breakfast was mediocre, only a cold egg dish made from ready‑made eggs.

Great position, very close to Noto Città and 15–20 minutes from the beaches of San Lorenzo/Marzamemi. The rooms are very spacious, nice and especially spotless. Breakfast needs improvement; we weren’t satisfied with the variety, quantity or quality. The reception is quite absent at night; you always have to call them on the phone.
