“Excelente para cualquier persona”

I liked that as a trans woman I could stay in the women’s dorm and that the staff always addressed me in the feminine; Nana was super friendly and attentive. I loved the place, it’s close to many tourist spots, and I had a great time – I’d definitely come back. The only downside was that the smell in the men’s dorm was a bit strong, but that was due to the guests, not the place.

スタッフの方がとても親切で安心感がありました。室内もトイレ、風呂も綺麗でした。. 強いて言うなら洗面台が二つありましたがあと1つあったらいいなぁと思いました。

“Fantastic value for money, highly recommend”

Everything was very clean, and they handed out fresh towels and pajamas daily. The location was great in a lovely area. The place isn’t very social and there isn’t much staff around, but that’s not a problem for me.

The front desk guy from India was super helpful, walking me through every facility and space in detail. I booked a women‑only area, which was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The owner was attentive; since I was the only woman that day she asked how I was doing and left me a tea bag with a note, which was very touching.

“今まで泊まったカプセルホテルの中で、間違いなく一番良かったです！”

The bed was incredibly comfortable and, despite being in the city centre, the price was reasonable. The whole hotel was spotless and the staff were kind and warm. I had a big mix‑up when booking, something that shouldn’t have required the hotel to step in, yet the team handled it with genuine care and speed, which was a huge relief. Everyone was truly great, making my stay very pleasant. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
