The hotel refused to give me a room, claiming it was sold out and no longer with Oyo; I requested a full refund on 26 May, but OYO has not responded and the refund hasn’t appeared in my account.

The hotel is close to the train station and the Ganges, but the photos are completely misleading, the rooms are filthy, the bathroom is disgusting, there are no sheets on the bed—just a blanket, and I wonder if the blanket and mattress cover are changed between guests; the bathroom has an old bleach‑stained sponge, so don’t stay here.

I checked in at 00:30 and they welcomed me and put me in a room; I'm very grateful for that. The host is a very nice person.
