The atmosphere and hospitality were great, but the location is perfect yet it’s inside the historic part of town with narrow, steep streets.

An excellently renovated old mansion that feels like another era, with great staff, located in the center of Kastoria, 10 minutes from the lake. There was no fridge, which isn’t a problem for a short stay.

The photos mislead at first, but the view is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and the staff are polite and helpful. The lake is about a 7‑minute walk away. We only stayed one night.

It’s one of the most impressive places I’ve ever stayed at—spotless, very friendly and welcoming, whether it’s the owner or the staff, everyone supports you in every way. I’ve visited Kastoria before and love it, but this was my first time here and I was blown away. Even the cottage’s backstory is as captivating as the interior, so I’ll definitely come back ❤️

A wonderful old mansion with a unique character, and we were the sole guests in this beautiful museum‑style house. The room offered a stunning view of the lake. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Breakfast in the basement was superb; the lady who served it made all the jams and pastries herself, and it was the biggest breakfast we’ve had in five weeks during our Greece tour. I’d highly recommend the guesthouse for a special experience. The only downside was that it was hard to get to, and the Wi‑Fi was a bit slow.
