The price was fine, but the room was noisy with no insulation. The next morning the breakfast server was rude, casually dismissing a disaster, and the breakfast itself was terrible.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the service was great, the pool was very nice, the food was excellent, and they poured generous glasses of wine :)). The room and bathroom were not disappointing and the bed was very comfortable. It’s a 100‑meter walk to Melnik, quiet, hilly, and peaceful.

The location was perfect, close to the center for restaurants. Parking was available, the pool was pleasant, and the welcome was friendly. The rooms were large, but perhaps a sofa was missing in the adjoining lounge. There was a ventilation problem in a bathroom that smelled faintly of burnt, the layout was very sparse, and there was no shower curtain so the whole bathroom got splashed.
