First time staying here. Very comfortable, tidy, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious, and the spaces were perfectly managed.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness was impeccable. The food was very well prepared, portions were balanced, and the variety was always great. I liked the idea of serving Schüttelbrot in pieces! The staff were friendly and very courteous. The owners were attentive and available. The wellness service was well organized and professional. The common areas were large and welcoming. The hotel was renovated but kept its alpine character. The atmosphere remains very warm. Nothing particular disappointed me. As I mentioned at reception before leaving, I would add a few coat hooks in the room. Just a small note: I found the safe’s location in the room a bit inconvenient, but I’m not sure if it was a technical issue.

All staff were extraordinarily courteous, dinner was excellent, and a small cake buffet in the afternoon pleasantly surprised us. The wellness area is nice, with a good selection of saunas and whirlpool, and a children's pool. The indoor pool is long enough to swim laps, and the young lady in the wellness area was very friendly with a good selection of wellness/massage options. Unfortunately we cannot give the hotel a perfect score despite its great offer and superb staff – there are just too many rain-related issues with pool times, sauna times, a ban on wearing bathrobes in the lobby, extra dress code costs at breakfast, etc. The bed was extremely hard and the available pillow options were somewhat limited.

Very comfortable, fresh, modern facility, food is great and service is excellent. The pool is very nice and you can really swim there; overall impression is very good, I recommend! It is far from the town centre, hard to reach without a car, but there is a ski bus in winter.
