The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was particularly clean, but 1) the desk person was not at the desk on two occasions and we had to wait; 2) the breakfast was mediocre and the water for tea and the juice had a bad chemical smell; I didn’t taste it.

The facility, comfortable bed, and handicap‑accessible room were perfect, and I was very pleased with this hotel, yet kids in the pool were supervised poorly—kids 9‑14 splashed, jumped, and took over the pool area, and hotel staff did nothing after I complained; this happened 3‑4 times when I told a male staff member who ignored my complaints, so we couldn’t enjoy the indoor pool.

The front desk lady delivered excellent customer service 😊, and everything else was fine, just a tiny straw for coffee would complete the experience.

The vibe was pleasant, and Crystal at the front desk was amazing; the first room smelled stale, but Crystal offered a new room, which fixed everything.
