The location was ideal for a stopover to Batangas from Manila, the staff were helpful, the place was clean, and the price was good. It was noisy at night with traffic and dogs barking, so I didn’t sleep well. Breakfast served in the room was very ordinary and hard to find.

It’s clean and very new. The one next to it doesn’t offer a good view, and the neighborhood feels more like a barrio.

I appreciate that the hotel sits in a quiet corner of the busiest, traffic‑heavied part of the city, but the traffic gets terrible as soon as you step out of the hotel “area of responsibility.”

The service here is excellent, with helpful housekeeping and staff, yet the surrounding traffic area is bad.
