The spot is great, close to terraces and the promenade. They claim to have parking, but the staff insists you hand over your keys so they can move the car—since the spots are bumper‑to‑bumper—and that’s unacceptable. I let an employee park my car, and because the slope was steep and my car had an automatic, he handled it roughly and damaged the gearbox, leaving a noise in the transmission. I’m telling this so nobody else repeats my mistake; a car is personal property that only the owner knows. You shouldn’t hand it over to a stranger, especially when you don’t know if they can drive properly. It was a huge mistake on my part, and I advise everyone not to agree to this. They also demanded that I leave the keys at reception, which is simply unacceptable. They should either clearly state that they have parking or admit they don’t—especially given the very steep streets around the hotel.

The 3‑star hotel lived up to its rating, and the breakfast was adequate and varied. It sits right next to the Sinan Pasha Mosque in the heart of the Old City. The area is made up of steep streets, and parking is solved not far from the hotel (Zita Bashota utca 11). The neighborhood is walkable along the Lumbardhi Riverbank. The mosque is free to visit. Excellent restaurants lie opposite the mosque. Because the hotel is directly next to the mosque, I was woken up at 5 am by the muezzin’s call. :D

The place is close to everything, but hard to reach. It was dirty and smelled bad; my child got a virus and dizziness, and we asked them to clean the room. They cleaned it, but the sheets weren’t changed and the cleaning wasn’t thorough. It was a problem.
