The staff were fantastic and the food was delicious, with a 24‑hour kitchen and very spacious rooms. The only downside was the lack of laundry service.

The karaoke sound was great, but I wasn’t happy with the checkout time because we were forced to leave at 12:00 noon even though the reservation said we could stay until 2:00 PM.

The hotel was clean and close to my training center. I asked for a bath mat and was charged 20 php; while the staff were helpful, they need to be more punctual when extending services such as room cleaning on request.
