Very disappointing. I booked through a site and got a confirmation. I arrived at the front desk at 10pm on 3rd December and the receptionist laughed at me, saying “No room is available at this price INR1169(confirmed )” and then asked me to pay more. I didn’t want to go elsewhere that late with my family, so I ended up paying cash INR2,000 and checked in. I had handed over my Aadhaar card and they promised to return it with the receipt in my room, but it never happened. At checkout there was no one at the desk, so I left without getting my Aadhaar card or receipt. Please send my Aadhaar card and receipt to my address for records.
