“Worst in my life”
I had a terrible experience. The staff’s attitude was awful. I paid with UPI, and after an hour they demanded proof of payment. I handed over my Aadhar, yet they insisted my wife also produce her ID, treating her as an extra guest and forcing her to leave the room. I checked out in under 10 hours. The toilet had no dustpan, the building lacked a lift or escalator to the second floor, and there was no clear floor marking. The mattress was dusty and my feet were wet from the floor. I had to cancel my next‑day plans and head back home with my family.
