The location was good, but the room was full of dust, some staff were rude, the room differed from the online photo, and the area was noisy.

The staff and food were fine, and there is a lift. The building is very old, with a distinct old building smell. The room was dirty with cobwebs, especially the bathroom which was full of black mold. Bed bugs bit me, and I had to wait 15 minutes before I could shower. If three people shower in a row, the hot water runs out. I booked for three nights but only stayed two, and the bathroom was just filthy and disgusting.

The front desk was quick and friendly, handling both check‑in and check‑out efficiently. Even though the hotel sits in a busy area, getting there was a bit tricky; I wish there were more breakfast options, but I understand the focus is on Vietnamese fare, even though it felt too heavy for me.

The view from the room was stunning, and the bathtub was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The owners were very welcoming and attentive to every need.

The mattress was good. The breakfast was lacking.
