Everything was great, especially the comfort and the location. Nothing was lacking.
We loved our time at Hotel Laghetto Viale; from check‑in onward everything was well organized and the staff were very kind and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and pleasant, and the location is superb for enjoying Gramado. It was a beautiful experience and we hope to return soon. We had no problems during our stay; everything met our expectations and left us very satisfied.
The hotel was wonderful, the staff were excellent, everything was impeccable, clean, and organized, with no complaints—only praise.
The location is good, breakfast was fine, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the bathroom was cramped and the shower had no water pressure.
“Foi muiiito boa, todos muito atenciosos!Obrigada por tudo!”
I liked everything.
