The location isn’t bad; it’s on the outskirts of town and about 5 minutes to the mall, but the reception was awful. When I arrived I called the owner (contact number listed) and they kept hanging up until I started chatting on the website. They only replied to my message without greeting me, even though I had started with a proper hello. A few moments later a lady came to open the gate, but the motor wasn’t working, so we had to open it manually, which made me uneasy because we had to leave and return very late.

It was the worst experience ever. They didn’t open the gates for us and we waited 10 minutes outside the apartment. When we asked to cancel, they said we had to come because the room wasn’t ready. The place is not suitable for travelers who need a place to stay on arrival.

“Disappointed and disgusted”

I booked this place and got confirmation, but when I arrived late at night they told me they were sold out and couldn’t accommodate me. I was left stranded with no help or alternative offered, so I had to scramble and pay for another place myself. If I hadn’t had money, I would have had to sleep in my car. The situation was stressful, unsafe, and totally unacceptable. Getting assistance and a refund was a nightmare, and I still haven’t been refunded. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and coordination. I would not recommend it, especially for late‑night arrivals.
