After getting into an accident in the hotel’s parking lot, the resulting paperwork ate into my dinner reservation time, but the staff handled the situation flexibly and helped me out.

The hotel was spotless and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious enough that I overate, and the hot springs felt great. I was disappointed, though, that many of the retro arcade games in the game room were out of order.
