My stay at this hotel was generally pleasant, with a comfortable bed being a highlight. The addition of a microwave and fridge was also convenient, and I enjoyed having access to a firepit and community room. However, the bathroom could use an update to bring it up to par with the rest of the hotel.

The hotel's location was one of its best features, making it easy to get around and explore the area. However, there was one notable issue - the shower floor was quite slippery, which made it a hazard to navigate.

I was impressed by the hotel's staff, who were very communicative and responsive to my needs. The location was also fantastic, and the larger room with bedrooms was perfect for my family of four. We loved the grounds and the feeling of being in a cabin, but it's worth noting that the hotel is quite rustic and not fancy at all. While it met our needs and was great value for the price, it's not a luxury hotel experience.
