I booked a room long before arrival. I paid for it through a payment platform. When I arrived, they told me there were no available rooms and were ready to refund me. The money was returned. But I spent another four hours searching for inexpensive accommodation in Medan, and in the end I only found expensive options. Keep this story in mind if you’re thinking about booking a place at this hotel.
