Every time I stay here it’s clean and tidy, the staff are courteous and attentive, and it’s all very good.

The price and service were both great, but the only downside was that we could hear the noise from the other rooms. Still, it wasn't a major issue and we were happy with our stay overall.

The location was perfect, just a stone's throw from the train station, but the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. They somehow managed to get rid of our toothbrushes and other personal items during the cleaning, and to make matters worse, they left our toiletries on the floor instead of putting them back on the counter.
