The location is good and the staff are friendly, but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, there were no cutlery or plates, the shower water was only semi‑warm, and we checked out early and had to book another place.

The receptionist gave a great explanation, but parking costs money and the security guard was unfriendly and very rude.

The room was clean and offered good value, but you have to ask for elevator access, and you cannot use the facilities like the swimming pools. There was no kitchenware and no garbage room.

Secara keseluruhannya, bilik bersih dan mempunyai balcony. Namun, meja dan kerusi di balcony agak berabuk dan lampu di balcony juga tidak berfungsi/tiada. Perkara yang paling saya kurang berpuas hati ialah bilik kurang kedap bunyi. Bunyi kenderaan seperti kereta dan motosikal yang melalui jalan sangat jelas kedengaran, terutama pada waktu malam, sehingga agak mengganggu waktu rehat. Saya berharap pihak hotel dapat mengambil langkah atau jalan alternatif untuk mengurangkan masalah bunyi tersebut demi keselesaan pelanggan. Buat masa ini, saya kurang mengesyorkan hotel ini kepada pelanggan yang membawa anak kecil kerana keadaan yang agak bising mungkin kurang sesuai untuk mereka
