The location is fine. The smile was bad.

The spot’s location is solid and the place stays tidy, but the check‑in and check‑out were awful—each dragged on for an hour with no other guests in front of us. The breakfast didn’t cater to Western palates, though that’s not really their fault, and the rooms and overall hotel feel pretty worn out. Even asking for ice felt like asking for a unicorn.

The price is cheap, but the breakfast area is a 20‑minute walk away and packed with smokers—it feels like a canteen shared by several hotels nearby.

The hotel was spotless and close to everything I wanted to see, like the Foshan night market, so I’ll definitely book again when I’m back in Foshan.
