The room was dirty, so I requested a cancellation because the guest didn’t stay there and I switched to other hotels, but there was no response—communication from the staff and the online PICs was very bad.

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was marred by several issues. When I booked a room for two people, I was given two separate beds instead of a double bed, which was a bit disappointing. To make matters worse, I was charged extra for this change, which wasn't exactly what I had expected. The room itself was also lacking in amenities, with no soap, shampoo, or air conditioning that worked properly. To top it all off, the third floor was unbearably hot.

While the hotel didn't have any redeeming qualities, I suppose it's worth mentioning that they were upfront about not offering any amenities. However, the real issue was the lack of completeness in their facilities, which fell short of my expectations. Overall, it was a pretty underwhelming experience.

“It was good”

I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's honesty about not serving breakfast. However, my initial room assignment was a letdown due to its proximity to the main road, which was quite noisy. Luckily, the staff was accommodating and allowed me to change rooms. Overall, it was a decent stay despite the initial hiccup.
