The location, the staff, and the breakfast with a variety of food were positive. However, there was no iron in the rooms; you had to request one and the use time was limited. I hope all rooms will be equipped in the future.

The staff were friendly and welcoming as always, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety; the hotel’s location near the mall with a covered walkway is surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, Mataharj department store, supermarkets, electronic shops, and more. However, the room pillows are mostly worn out and sunken, and the toilets could be cleaned better— I had to ask the front desk to rewash them thoroughly.

The staff were amazing, but the aircon wasn’t as cold when we checked in; it warmed up after a while, which wasn’t a deal breaker.

It’s near the shopping mall and easy to find good food, and all family members enjoyed staying at this hotel.

The location is good, the staff are friendly, and the room is clean, but the TV doesn’t work; every 15 minutes it turns off automatically and I have to turn it on again.
