Yes. Meals were lacking; breakfast was not standard.

The reception lady treated us terribly. We had to pay almost double what Booking said. Worse, nobody took responsibility.

Free Airport Transfer and a big room. I don't understand why they told me the night before I arrived that I would have to pay an extra $10 per night since they clarified that they changed the rate, and I don't know where their basic respect for the contract is. Based on so many positive reviews, I even suspect that this extra charge is only for Chinese people. Although the argument ended with me paying the extra $20 and checking in early, as a frequent transit passenger always visiting Addis Ababa, I will never choose this hotel again.

The hotel is tidy and clean, but you can't stay below the fourth floor. The cooking smell reaches the third floor near Poli Street. The odor forced me to change rooms, and the workers were annoying at the door. Breakfast was modest—just an omelet and nothing else to eat.
