I didn’t realize there were steps to my room and no elevator. I use a walker and braces daily, so the manager asked the staff to assist me throughout my stay. EVERYONE helped me up and down the stairs each day. The hotel’s description should state that it has 2 floors and no elevator. They were the best. The stairs, no elevator, and the lack of explanation in the description are the negatives.
