“Испорченный отдых в отеле с накрученными отзывами”
The view of the mountains and the hotel grounds were nice, but the place definitely doesn’t live up to a 5‑star rating in Turkey. The hotel’s Google score feels inflated; a close read shows that reviews are actually praising the Turkish and Italian restaurants. Don’t be fooled – we saw it firsthand when a restaurant staff member approached us at the end of dinner, asked us to leave a review via QR code, and then filled in five stars herself, ready to submit the review on our behalf. That kind of behavior is unacceptable. The food variety is lacking: every day the same menu – chicken for dinner (legs, back, wings) and one type of fish – and the other dishes (like goulash) are vague about ingredients and calories. The reception staff were unwelcoming; when we checked in we had to ask them ourselves about the hotel layout and amenities, even though receptionists normally explain those things. The beach entrance was awful: the bottom is rocky, with large slippery stones, and even swimming sandals won’t help; the only way in is via a staircase from the pier straight to the depth. Evening entertainment was dull, with only aqua‑aerobics during the day and no Pilates or yoga. It felt like the hotel was meant for guests who had never been abroad before – it was too basic and didn’t even reach 4 stars.
