The hotel’s location and personal vibe were excellent. Staff were very kind and rooms were beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. The indoor pool, which I expected to be heated, was too cold to use. On the last day staff were short, so we waited a long time for breakfast plates and the service was slow.

I’d like to thank the receptionist who helped arrange a pleasant surprise for my partner on September 18; I didn’t catch her name but hope the management will praise and reward the staff involved. The hotel itself is beyond praise, breakfasts are tasty, and the location is superb.

This place is stunning—beautiful, top‑class facilities, and the location is unbeatable. The staff were absolutely brilliant, handling everything with ease. The only downside was that we had to leave early, but honestly it was such a lovely spot that we’re already planning a return.
