The location and architecture carry the property, offering a quiet, uncrowded beach that feels like a true luxury retreat, even though the sea is too rough for swimming and you spend the day hearing the waves; the architect nailed it by letting you open the whole wall of your room and essentially sleep outdoors with the best view. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always tried to make up for any administrative hiccups with a pleasant attitude, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the room, with its small terrace, was kept tidy. The food was flavorful and the pool would be perfect if it stayed clean all the time. On the downside, several administrative choices drag the rating down: for a three‑day stay we only got a tiny shampoo bottle and a small complimentary water bottle, everything else cost extra; the complimentary items felt more like motel giveaways—condoms and lubricants—which seemed out of place. The hotel also operates as a beach club but offers no exclusive area for guests or guaranteed lounge chairs. Moreover, the pool was filthy all weekend, covered in insects in the morning and a film left by the previous day’s swimmers. The shower pressure was practically nonexistent, with more water coming from the sink than the shower or the pool jet. The property can look stunning, but it still falls short.

It would be great if they cleaned thoroughly every day, but they only did a single day of cleaning. ===REVIEW 6<|message|>Everything was perfect; we asked to change rooms and they swapped us right away, the staff were courteous and professional. We ordered missing items through the app and got them delivered, the room was spotless, the breakfast superb, and I highly recommend it. ===REVIEW 7<|message|>I loved how comfortable the beds were, the staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean, and it was especially convenient being close to the airport. However, lacking an elevator was a hassle with a heavy suitcase on the second floor, and I only managed to get it up with the caretaker’s help; a ramp next to the stairs would have been nice. Another annoyance was the Wi‑Fi, which kept dropping out. ===REVIEW 8<|message|>The price was very reasonable and the location was great, but the street was closed, making it impossible to get in.
