The beach right in front gives the place a great location. Unfortunately, whenever I needed something, no staff were around and they were often absent, which was frustrating; arriving early, I ordered brunch and they were polite, but it took two and a half hours for the food to arrive and the taste was mediocre. They also suggested dinner, but I declined.

The hotel's location right by the beach was a major draw, but the price we paid was a bit steep - almost $200 for a room. To make matters worse, we were initially given a tiny room with no windows, which was a real letdown. However, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and after some back-and-forth, they managed to upgrade us to a massive room at the top of the building.

I was really impressed by the staff at this hotel - they were super accommodating and nice to their guests. However, there's one major drawback: no elevator to get to the higher floors. That made it a bit of a hike to get to our room, but the staff's friendly attitude made up for it.
