Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The staff and management were friendly, approachable, and did their best to address any issues; the room was larger than most, and the grounds were kept as well as possible. However, the description isn’t always accurate, so it’s best to confirm details with the accommodation before booking.

I found the location central, but the place feels like it’s stuck in the past and has been falling apart for years. Nobody was around to clean or greet guests, so it looked abandoned and a bit creepy, as if the owners had stopped running the hotel and just wanted to collect extra cash whenever someone happened to stay.

The spot’s location is great and they gave me two water bottles, but the room I rented had a private pool that was disgusting and unusable. It was infested with spiders and cobwebs, as if no one had cleaned it in months, and the bathroom had no soap left in the bottle. The two‑person room only had one coffee mug and no sugar packets. The air conditioning worked only intermittently, and the bed was hard and awful.

Best location Very nice and friendly staff The old man is adorable. I liked his wedding dress 😀 he reminds me of a family member . God bless him !! Close to market, pubs, Kmart, Kmart, and centrally located.owner was also nice to talk to. the staff (lady) was very nice and accommodating. I wish I could give her a tip. missed that sorry. Property is natural and feels very peaceful. Price is reasonable too considering the location. I strongly recommend booking this. if I come next, I will book this again for sure My complete review and videos are here - https://youtube.com/@csptravels?si=24i2YW3C82EwI65b Pls share like and subscribe for more. This property is not without issues. there are. like a Little more lighting in open areas will be good as there are snails and insects all around and it gets really very dark at night. Toiletries and bed linen could be cleaner and fresh. There is no room service, and cups and spoons could be clean . Property is awesome, but I feel it's not well maintained . and there is No front desk. E.g. if someone needs help.at moonlight, there is absolutely no option but to wait till morning 9 am

The spot is super cute, tucked in a lush garden with a private pool, right in the heart of Ubud on Monkey Forest Road, and we even got visited by some monkeys. We just loved it.
