The location shown online was wrong, and I doubt this hotel even exists in Batam; I spent two hours searching for it, wasting both time and money. I feel the staff were involved in a scam.

They listed the wrong address and an incorrect phone number; after paying online I found no guesthouse with that name at the given location, and their number didn’t work, so my taxi fare, booking fee, and time were all wasted.
