“A fuir”

We had a reservation, but when we arrived there was no one. Just the owner’s ex‑partner told us the owner was away and the room wasn’t ready, the jacuzzi was empty and unclean! They left us stranded. I called the owner, who immediately asked to speak to his ex‑partner and hung up without explanation; he didn’t even answer when I called back. Total disrespect and unprofessionalism! We had to spend an hour finding a backup plan because everything was booked. The weekend was ruined. On top of that, my account was charged for the first room and then again for the second, and I had to waste time requesting a refund—unacceptable.

“Soirée gâchée, sans jacuzzi et sans bouteille à partager.”

The location is great and the property is very modern—a cozy little nest that feels welcoming. The shower is large, cleanliness is impeccable, and the mini‑fridge is a nice touch. The jacuzzi, supposedly at 37 °C according to the owner, was actually 27 °C and didn’t reach 28 °C until the next morning, so we couldn’t use it, which was a key feature for us. Breakfast needs a big upgrade, even if it means raising the price, and we’d like the option to share a bottle of champagne or wine. I sent feedback to the staff but haven’t received any response yet. It’s a shame that when you sell a service, the minimum courtesy is to treat paying clients properly. Beautiful photos, but the service was mediocre.
