I liked the big room, the spacious and comfortable bathtub, and the coffee/tea area with tables and chairs; the staff answered quickly on WhatsApp when I had an issue. The place is called a hotel but it has no lobby, no front desk, and no luggage storage. Entry to the room is through a coded door, which is inconvenient to open, and the apartment itself also requires a code—had we known that, we wouldn't have booked.

The location is perfect! You can walk to all the main sights in Rome. The apartment was immaculate, very comfortable and clean. We’d stayed with the same company before and that’s why we came back. Highly recommended!
