The location is convenient, the host is hospitable, the staff pleasant, and the payment is reasonable. There is no kettle or cups, and the worn door to the bathroom could use an update.
Tot
“Esperienza positiva”
The property is nice and fully equipped, set in a green, quiet area not far from the main station. The host was punctual and helpful.
The spot’s close to the station.
“Consiglio all’host di curare meglio pulizia e servizi, perché con la tariffa proposta, mi sarei aspettata di più. Per il”
The place sits in Bolognina, easy to get to the station and only 20 minutes on foot from Bologna’s center. The building feels a bit neglected; towels were missing and those that were there looked pretty worn, and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. The price‑to‑quality ratio didn’t add up.
