“Do not stay here”

Not much to say except that we found a wonderful wine bar on the way up the hill; the linen was barely held together, towels had holes and were threadbare, shower water was tepid at best and had to be argued to turn up, the shower handle was split and sprayed more water than the head, there was no room service, the coffee and tea at breakfast were over‑brewed, there were no grates on any water outlets, and the manager was quite ageist, saying “people if your age” in a thin‑skinned way.

“Muy descuidado.”

La ubicación y el personal son positivos, pero en nuestro caso el baño tenía cosas rotas, se salía el agua de la ducha y las toallas estaban muy desgastadas; da la sensación de que no arreglan lo que se rompe. Es una pena porque la habitación está bien, la ubicación es perfecta y el personal amable, pero las instalaciones no están cuidadas.

I was close to the city center, but the rooms were terrible. We had two rooms, and the bathrooms were awful – the shower head and hose were broken, the toilet seat fell apart, and the floor was filthy. The towels had holes, and breakfast was very sparse. The manager warned us not to eat the meat products at breakfast, claiming he was having a dispute with the owner who apparently served expired items. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone; it really needs a renovation and shouldn’t even be listed on the website.

“Zona bellissima in Cappadocia”

The location was central, the room had four beds, and the staff were very kind and helpful; I thank Mr. Zarif for letting me change the stay date multiple times, and the price-quality ratio is good. Everything else was fine.
