The hotel is new and clean, but there is no phone.

I appreciated the courteous staff, especially Anoud Al-Qahtani at reception, and the location is great next to the Al-Ruwaida promenade with beautiful views and close to the airport. The rooms looked better than the photos. The only downside was the noise from cars and the street, but after 11 pm it was quiet and didn’t disturb sleep. Unfortunately, we found a cockroach in the bathroom even though we didn’t leave the door or window open. The last issue was that the shower only worked when we kept pressing the button; Ahmed explained that the dynamo was disconnected.
