The hotel looks nice and modern. The spa wasn’t working and nobody fixed it. The pancake machine was broken. The staff were glued to their phones and didn’t even look up.

I had a very pleasant stay. The location was great and made it convenient to get around. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection to start the day. Overall, I felt the hotel offered great value for the money. I would definitely consider staying here again. All good

We were denied check‑in because Hilton computers were down worldwide; we had to find other accommodation to attend a wedding, and Hilton couldn’t guarantee we would be able to check in at all.

The location was good. It was close to restaurants and shopping, and it was nice being near the river.
