No positives. The place smells moldy, and the parking lot charges 700 yen, which is absurd. I don’t know who used the futon, but there should at least be new sheets for each guest. Using this as accommodation is unbelievably low quality.

Cleaning was inadequate. As soon as I entered, a cockroach was on the bathroom door, and a dead cockroach lay between the bed and the window. The room’s odor was terrible, and hair was stuck on the carpet. The staircase to the second floor was dusty, the futon didn’t have a clean scent, and the cooking area was unclean.

I was glad that I could contact staff whenever needed and they responded. The bear cage had trash left in it. There may be a seasonal factor, but when I entered the facility the odor from the drain was sharp, so I ventilated. After flushing the water system, the smell subsided, which was good, but the children were very sensitive when entering.

The owner is friendly, and each room has its own kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. Only one air‑conditioner per room, and the western sun was strong, making it very hot.

The hygiene was poor, and I found two cockroaches in the room. The room was very small and had four beds, making it very cramped. The external AC unit was loud, and my companion had to wear earplugs to sleep; the cooling effect was also poor. In the early communication, the host didn’t clearly explain that the room had changed. I had ordered based on the photos provided, but after payment the host sent a confirmation stating that it was two rooms in the same building, which was completely different from the house in the order, and the address was also different. The host did not send new photos at that time, and through text alone I could not understand that this was not the same room I originally intended.
