The street and neighbourhood are quiet, and the apartment is very conveniently located, very close to the train station and the airport bus stop. The host was also very friendly and responsive, and we appreciated having coffee and a coffee machine available. Unfortunately, there are a few things I would mention, especially considering the price and the expectations we might have from the apartment: - The access door was very difficult to open and close. Unfortunately, the instructions we received by messages regarding the “method” of opening it did not really work for us, and using the door was quite frustrating. - The shower door was stuck and we were not able to close it properly. - Something small, but which makes a difference in terms of hospitality: having at least one bottle of water available for the first day would have been a nice touch. - The bed linen and towels could use a little more attention. - The “breakfast” is more of a small snack rather than what we would normally consider breakfast, so it would be good to set expectations accordingly. -There was a slight closed-room smell during our stay. Unfortunately, the windows could not really be opened/tilted to properly air the room. -One last point is more about the communication and the overall feeling as guests. We were reminded several times that check-out was at 10 AM, which we had already understood and confirmed after the second mention. Even on the first morning, we were asked again about check-out. We understand the importance of check-out time, of course, but the repeated reminders made us feel a little as if we were being rushed to leave from the moment we arrived. Overall, we appreciated the location, the quiet neighbourhood and the friendliness of the host. With a little more attention to these details, I think the stay could be a much more comfortable and pleasant experience
