The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and cute, and the location is central. The check‑in process was a nightmare: no staff were present, and I was told I could check in at 15:00, but after contacting the staff I was told I could check in at 13:00. I arrived around 13:30 and the automated lock wouldn’t work, so I had to stand with nowhere to sit. At 14:30 another couple arrived and their code worked after a brief glitch, but my code still didn’t. I tried everything, wrote to the property, and received the same unhelpful reply insisting the lock works. I felt gaslit, as if I was incapable of operating the lock. The lovely couple next door were the only ones who tried to help and even contacted the property on my behalf. I had to call booking to intervene and send someone. The property offered no help. After an hour the other couple realized I hadn’t used my own code to enter through the main door, and when I tried it, it worked. No assistance or thanks from the property. I don’t know what I’d have done without the other couple. The entire check‑in took more than three hours.

The place was clean, but there was no coffee or milk, and it was really hard to enter the building.
