The hosts were very nice, and every morning there was coffee and something sweet. The location was excellent, quiet yet close to the city. The room was very large, the bed was very good, and I would recommend it without hesitation. I’d stay again anytime. Nothing to complain about.

“Lovely location off the path but very near to the town and in front of fields, spacious and comfortable space”

The location is lovely, surrounded by olive trees, the room is spacious and has an amazing bathtub and lounge area. The lady was lovely, gave us recommendations and offered complimentary coffee and pastries for breakfast that wasn’t included. The only issue is that there aren’t normal windows, so it’s a bit dark and the bathroom can’t open, so it smells a bit dump. Check‑in time is quite late (16h), and the lady messaged us to check in even later, then got unresponsive so we had to wait a bit. No additional directions, so finding the property wasn’t the easiest. Recommend adding them to the ad.

“Beautiful, inviting and spacious accommodation in top location”

We had a wonderful pleasant stay at Cristinas Place! The spacious bathroom, the kindly offered breakfast and the responsive communication were things we’d like to point out. We arrived late during the night, but thanks to Cristina’s detailed instructions and directions, we had no issues finding and accessing the accommodation. (Its important to follow her link and not the one recommended by google, also a small dirt road but in amazing condition and rather short) It was pristine clean and less then 10 minutes to Montepulciano and a bit less then an hour to Siena by car, which was perfect for us. We didn’t expect it, but there was wifi working in some parts of the apartment and the signal for mobile data worked very well too. There was an offer for a bottle of red wine (10 Euros) from Montepulciano, that was very kind and tempting, even though we did not take it. A small fridge was a big plus, the football‑table was a nice detail, most of the lights were not too bright but rather calming. Cristina offered good recommendations every time we asked and if we needed something to prepare some fruit or food, she found a way to help us out. The AC was another big plus because of the hot temperatures. A very spacious and inviting place to stay, we felt very at home ourselves and would love to come back! Thank you to Cristina for being a great host. We liked everything! Nothing to mention here.

The hosts were great, even ironing my shirt at the last minute, and the accommodation was spacious and comfortable. It was a little hard to find at first, but as soon as we reached out to the hosts, they guided us in and all is well.
