“Not suited for business trips”

The staff are very friendly and the breakfast omelet is great. Free coffee and water are provided. The bed is good. The small room (no. 2) sits directly above the bar where loud music plays from 16:30 h until closing at 23 h, sometimes also 1:30 h. Even with earplugs it is not possible to sleep during that time. Also every movement in the corridor and the house is audible loudly. The room has neither chair nor table, just a nightstand and a small stool, which serves as nightstand for the other bed side. To hang clothes, there is just a simple rack.

“Mooi hotel op top locatie in Maastricht”

A beautiful room with a balcony. Spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Ideal location from the station and the city center. Friendly staff. It is an old building, so at night you hear some doors rattling in the hallway, but that’s part of its charm. Nothing else stood out.

“Pas du tout reposant et hyper choqué du prix de la nuit pour le pas pouvoir dormir.”

Au petit déjeuner le personnel était très gentille. C’est scandaleux, 170€ la nuit où on a pas dormi pratiquement car le bar du dessous qu’il qualifie de café dans la description booking a mis la musique à fond alors que nous étions dans l’une des chambre les plus haute impossible de dormir. De plus l’arrivé dans le bar blindé, la personne qui me prend en charge a voulu me refaire payer les taxes de séjour que j’avais déjà payé en ligne via leur enregistrement en ligne. J’ai du lui dire 5 fois pour qu’elle Check enfin ! Je trouve vraiment pas honnête d’expliquer qu’il y a un bar dansant juste en dessous de l’hôtel qui leur appartient, ça vous allez pas pouvoir dormir avant 1h-2h ! Super pour 170€ la nuit !!
