All the staff were very helpful, kind, courteous, and friendly, the breakfast was very good, but the updated version a while ago disappointed me after staying at the Jackson, Tennessee branch.

The hotel sits right next to I-10 and the Mobile business strip, which made me feel safe. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and my room was spacious, especially the bathroom. However, the room looked a bit old‑fashioned and the cleanliness left something to be desired.

The room was huge and super comfortable, with a separate area from the rest of the room divided by sliding glass, and it had a desk. Nothing to complain about.

“I liked that it was a few blocks off the service road and away from the interstate.”

I was alone and liked the well‑lit parking and the location. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a bag with water, a cookie, and something else.
