The location was good and not far from the casino, but there was no coffee machine and I couldn't find the ice machine.

It was quiet, but the exterior lights failed in some spots of the building, so when you went to get ice it was pitch dark right next to the stairwell. The property sits right across the street from a bizarre trailer park, and next to the gas station there are a lot of creepers who hang out and can make you feel uneasy. My cats scratched at my door from every direction and you get slapped by a plant.
