The price is reasonable and the pool is nice, but they refused to change our rooms, the evening coffee area was noisy, and there was only one water bottle in the room.

The staff speaks very good English, but there is no coffee machine—only hot water and instant coffee.

Nothing good to say. The hotel was filthy, yet expensive, with bugs, roaches, dirty sheets and pillows stained with blood, hair, and other grime; it felt like a gang place that wouldn’t refund me when I left early, and it’s not safe—definitely not worth a single star.
