Everything looked lovely, and the cabins and bungalows were pretty. The only issue was that the shower water was salty, which is not very acceptable.

The pool and proximity to the beach were highlights. However, there was no air conditioning, and a neighboring hotel or house was having a party, so we couldn't sleep well. I would have preferred a room farther from the neighbors' noise.

Right on the beach with two pools, it was scorching hot in August! Mid‑week was quiet, but weekends were busier. Next to the rundown University Turtle Sanctuary, we helped with a turtle “liberation.” The hotel restaurant was decent and consistent. The staff were lovely, and even though it wasn't advertised, they know everyone and can arrange anything you need—transport, quad bikes, tours, coco frío! There is Wi‑Fi (Aug 2026) and it’s been available for over a year.
