“A comfortable stay thanks to a welcoming host, though the property could benefit from some attention”

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the warm and welcoming host who made me feel right at home. However, I couldn't help but notice that the hotel's exterior and rooms could use some renovation and TLC to bring them up to date. Despite this, it was still a great place for a short stay or sleepover. The host's hospitality definitely made up for the hotel's shortcomings.

“They must find better house keeping team, the place is dirty”

I was impressed by the kind and polite lady who managed the hotel - she clearly prioritized providing excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was a major letdown, with issues ranging from unpleasant odors and hair in the bathroom to a dirty pool and malfunctioning shower. It's clear that the staff had some way to go in meeting the high standards set by their manager.

“Up to standard”

I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel, with a delicious breakfast served personally by the friendly and professional owner. The staff were also very helpful and welcoming, making me feel safe and secure throughout my stay. My only quibble was the lack of liquor available on site, which I had been hoping to enjoy - perhaps a note on the advertisement would help set expectations for future guests.
